My Why....

I decided to enter the business in 2005, after a friend asked me to come with him to meet a “Financial Advisor”. He trusted my opinion and I didn’t want to let him down. After seeing him work with my friend, I asked the advisor “You get paid for this?” He said you could make a living - so I signed up. After working with some clients for a year or so, I realized that advisors make an enormous difference in people’s lives. It's a huge responsibility, and I should be more serious in choosing the infrastructure that I work with to help my clients.

After some soul searching, I ended up at Freedom 55 Financial. The impact has been huge, and many families are better situated to handle unexpected events.

I was honoured to be asked to join the management team in a training and development capacity in 2008 where I still hang my hat, along with the servicing of new and existing clientele. More importantly, I am able to transfer my skills and experience over the past 15 years to new and developing advisors. Teaching the how to do the job right, and make sure that clients are better off having worked with an Advisor.

It is my hope that everyone reading this will recognize the need to speak with professionals to help them make better decisions regarding protecting their families, and preparing for the future. Its a great journey for any client, but like anything you get out of it what you put into the process.

My advice for anyone worried about the experience; Embrace the fact that you have an opportunity to learn, not about products, but about yourself.

Regards;
